Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, managing transactions, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, wine, and other drinks with professionalism and attention to detail Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, or digital payments securely Upsell menu items including premium drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods as needed Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude and ability to build guest relations Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during high-volume shifts Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
