$9.00 per hour + tips Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunities Available The Wine Thief is growing, and we're looking for experienced, hospitality-driven servers to join our team. We've recently expanded our hours to offer brunch seven days a week beginning at 10 AM , and we're excited to build this program with the right group of people. We're looking for servers who are personable, dependable, professional, and genuinely enjoy creating a great experience for their guests. The Wine Thief is a busy neighborhood restaurant, wine bar, and bottle shop in downtown Frankfort with a strong focus on great food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality. While wine knowledge is a plus, you don't need to be a sommelier to work here—we're happy to teach someone who is curious and willing to learn. What You'll Do Provide warm, attentive, knowledgeable service from greeting through farewell Guide guests through our brunch, lunch, dinner, wine, beer, and cocktail offerings Develop familiarity with our food and beverage programs Accurately enter orders and communicate with the kitchen and bar Maintain your section and help keep the dining room organized and ready for service Communicate allergies and dietary restrictions clearly and responsibly Work collaboratively with bartenders, support staff, hosts, and the kitchen Complete opening, running, and closing side work Help us continue developing and growing our new seven-day brunch program Create the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into regulars What We're Looking For Previous serving experience strongly preferred Weekend and brunch availability is especially valuable Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Friendly and confident without being overly scripted Interest in food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality Willingness to learn and continue developing your knowledge Ability to work as part of a team and jump in where needed Wine, spirits, or craft beer experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and hospitality matter more to us than knowing every grape varietal on day one.
