Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their experience Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining a genuine interest in guest preferences Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes and process payments using POS system. Assist with food handling, sanitation, and bussing tables.
