Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages to enhance their experience Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining a genuine interest in guest preferences Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering processes and process payments using POS system. Assist with food handling, sanitation, and bussing tables. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience with a focus on food service or hospitality required Strong knowledge of POS system Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Prior experience bartending or making craft cocktails Wine knowledge Experience in upselling, sales techniques, and guest relations to enhance the dining experience Contact us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively setting!
