As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines throughout service. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
