Duties Greet guests warmly as they arrive and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a seamless dining experience Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Clear and bus tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service hours Assist with basic cleaning duties in dining areas, including wiping down surfaces and resetting tables for new guests Support catering events or special functions by serving food and beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members to coordinate timely service Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing information about menu items or restaurant policies as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required—training will be provided Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during busy service times Knowledge of basic cleaning and bussing procedures to maintain a tidy environment Familiarity with food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices Customer service-oriented attitude with a positive, energetic approach to work Experience in hotel or food industry settings is a plus but not mandatory Join us in creating an engaging atmosphere where every guest feels valued!
