• What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience as a restaurant server.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service.
• Must be available to work weekends (Fridays and Saturdays).
• Reliable transportation to commute to work.

In this role, you will be the friendly face that guides guests through their culinary journey, ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere, Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation when needed Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and providing correct change Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cashiering and order calculations accurately Previous experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or food industry positions is advantageous Basic kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is a plus for supporting food preparation tasks when necessary Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality by combining your passion for food service with your exceptional guest relations skills.
