Duties Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling and serving Manage table settings, bussing, and resetting tables efficiently to maximize turnover Assist with food preparation, plating, or kitchen support as needed in a fast-paced environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests professionally Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with food handling, food preparation, and serving in a hospitality setting Familiarity with upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and sales opportunities Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
