Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with accuracy Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address guest needs proactively Requirements Previous Japanese food service or restaurant experience in fine dining or casual settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and multitask seamlessly Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and calculating bills accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
