As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every dining experience is memorable, from taking orders to serving food and drinks with professionalism and care. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately, using the Aloha POS system for order entry. Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Ensure that all food handling and sanitation practices are followed in accordance with health regulations. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards before serving. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow. Uphold fine dining standards by providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and wine pairings. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Excellent math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of customer service. Familiarity with food handling procedures and preparation techniques is an asset. A positive attitude with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. Experience in nightlife or nightclub environments is a plus but not mandatory.
