Summary:
The Driving Range Concession server's general responsibilities are to serve the guests in an accurate, friendly and timely manner. This is a Part Time position.

Those applying for the Driving Range Concession server position should possess great interpersonal and communication skills, be an active listener, and a team player. Previous experience in serving and food running preferred, but not necessary . Certification in the
TIPS/BASSETT
Alcohol Training program.
Immediate Supervisor:
The Server reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.
Essential Functions:
Must be 21 or older. Provide exceptional customer service Greet customers and present menus Make suggestions based on menu knowledge & customer preferences Food preparation Develop awareness of alcohol overconsumption Handle money transactions Interact positively with all staff, especially wait, bar & kitchen staff
Psychological Considerations:
A server may feel stress from interactions with customers especially those who have consumed alcohol. They may also feel stress from being held responsible for the successful operation of the restaurant area.
Environmental Considerations:
May be exposed to the elements when driving to and from events and facilities. Most activities are performed indoors; these conditions include lighting and temperature. May be exposed to heat or cold for some outdoor events.
Physiological Considerations:
May be required to stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be ale to lift light to medium weight objects.
Cognitive Considerations:
The server must exhibit good problem-solving ability, good judgment and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. They must maintain a professional appearance at all times. Must have the ability to calculate figures and interact well with people.
