Server, Waiters and Waitresses

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. • Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
• Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Process payments accurately using the Toast POS system
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service ```Requirements```
• Previous experience as a Server in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
