Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent hospitality throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Assist with the sanitization of tables, utensils, and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and processing payments. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction with their experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests. Uphold food handling safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with a focus on helping guests feel valued and appreciated. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus; certification in food handling is desirable.
