Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system TOAST ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations Manage cash handling and sales transactions accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or high-volume settings Strong knowledge of POS systems preferrably TOAST; experience with cashiering is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of wine and food safety standards Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and basic math for accurate order processing Hospitality background with skills in guest relations, upselling techniques, and food industry best practices Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality shines!
