Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash and credit card payments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist with bussing tables, closing check lists, setting up dining areas, managing reservations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, hospitality excellence, and food industry standards. Knowledge of beverage service inclusing beer and wine Experience in food service environments Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in math calculations. Familiarity with food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
