Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with food handling, sanitation, and basic food preparation to support kitchen staff when needed Clear tables, bus tables efficiently, and assist with general restaurant cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and billing accurately Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food industry roles is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and promote guest satisfaction through effective communication Join us in creating unforgettable dining experiences!
