Job Summary Hitz Pub & Eatery is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers to provide excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced pub environment. Servers are responsible for delivering great hospitality, maintaining menu knowledge, and ensuring guests receive efficient and professional service. Responsibilities Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions Deliver food and drinks efficiently and correctly Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas Work as a team with kitchen and front-of-house staff Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines Qualifications Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable, punctual, and professional Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service in Illinois
