Responsibilities Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests accurately and promptly, ensuring presentation quality Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling beverages, and providing guest support as needed Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including wiping down tables and organizing service stations Support food safety standards by handling dishes and utensils properly during service Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet or special event areas when required Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in bussing, food preparation, or kitchen operations is beneficial Hospitality or hotel experience can enhance your ability to deliver guest-focused service Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your culinary and customer service skills, and ready to contribute to an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
