Candidates must:

Have 3 years of experience in an upscale, high volume restaurant Be available year round, we are not hiring seasonal employees Be willing to cross train in other service areas You will be part of our opening team and have all the typical duties and responsibilities that go along with being part of an opening team with a staff of about 40 FOH employees and will report directly to the Operating Partners. This position will be for an individual that will be flexible and willing to be the best they can be. Cross training in various FOH positions will be possible.
