- We are seeking a skilled Server and food runners to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to our guests in a timely manner.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure all items are prepared timely
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Process payments accurately
Skills:
- Experience in hospitality and guest relations
- Strong math skills for order taking and bill processing
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and culinary terms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly in fine dining settings
- Understanding of kitchen operations for order coordination This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment where you can showcase your customer service skills while being part of a dedicated team.
Pay:
$20.00- $25.
