• Job Summary
• We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and a keen interest in the culinary arts. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering outstanding service, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
• Duties
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar technology.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences, enhancing their dining experience through effective sales techniques.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and proper food preparation standards are met.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment for guests.
• Experience
• Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential; certification is a plus.
• Strong culinary knowledge is beneficial for menu recommendations and guest interactions.
• Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with nightclub environments or similar fast-paced settings is advantageous.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential qualities for success in this role.
