Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier, where you will be the friendly face and efficient operator that ensures our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing sales transactions accurately, and supporting the overall flow of our restaurant operations. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and beverage service, while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments, giving change, and balancing registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas including dining tables, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently while providing excellent guest relations Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with POS systems is highly preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Experience with food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling protocols Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Previous experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in sales and service, and ready to deliver memorable experiences that keep guests coming back!
