Mainly Evening and weekend shifts available. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously. Present menus, take orders, and provide detailed information about menu items, including culinary specials and wine pairings. Utilize POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage cash register transactions, ensuring accurate math calculations for guest bills. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience Qualifications Previous experience as a Server is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the business needs.
