Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system or OpenTable. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and special requests. Assist in the training of new servers as needed, sharing knowledge of menu items and service standards. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions. Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations and teamwork. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
