Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the welcoming face of our vibrant restaurant. Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and precision Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Assist with food handling, preparation, and sanitation to uphold food safety standards Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations with attention to detail Buss tables promptly, clear dishes, and support kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth service flow Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale eateries Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and foster positive relationships Culinary experience or background in food preparation enhances your ability to answer guest questions confidently Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly Upselling techniques combined with sales skills to maximize revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes Experience in bussing tables, host/hostess duties, or nightclub serving roles is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes every guest's experience extraordinary.
