this is NOT a great gig for a first time server -- we're searching for someone with at least two years of high volume / casual or fine dining service experience. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong knowledge of food, craft beer, wine spirits and cocktails, positive attitude, dedicated work ethic, strong self-motivation and enthusiasm for the restaurant industry. We're very focused on our craft beer selection, as well as our extensive spirits collection, so you should be ready to show up and learn something new every day. We hire people who work well as a team, and you may be scheduled for expo, host, or other jobs within the restaurant as needed. We are always happy to cross train our staff, so if you're interested in working behind the bar, or in the kitchen, we will make accommodations when possible.
