Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team at IHOP, a popular breakfast restaurant. The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns Handle transactions accurately and process payments efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Follow all safety and sanitation policies to provide a safe environment for guests and staff Experience Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant setting Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Join our team at IHOP where you can develop your hospitality skills while providing guests with an enjoyable breakfast experience!

Pay:

$9.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
