Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining or drinking experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like Symphony or cash registers Assist with food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth operations Clear tables promptly, bus tables when necessary, and maintain a clean dining environment in accordance with sanitation standards Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms is highly desirable Experience with guest relations, serving, bussing, and host/hostess roles enhances your ability to excel in this position Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices is essential for maintaining health standards Strong time management skills are necessary to balance multiple tables and responsibilities efficiently Background in culinary arts or food industry roles can provide a valuable foundation for success in this role Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly attitude will help create memorable guest experiences Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
