Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain strong guest relations will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using OpenTable or similar systems. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively assist guests. Skills Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately. Experience in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Exceptional guest services skills with a focus on building positive guest relations. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
