Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take their beverage and food orders with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, ensuring quality standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and give correct change using POS systems Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Skills Proven experience in food service or bartending within a restaurant or nightlife environment, including nightclub experience or fine dining familiarity Strong knowledge of beverage service techniques, spirits, wine knowledge, and cocktail recipes Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, expert drink knowledge, and a positive attitude.
