Job Description
Overview Join our vibrant team as a Waitstaff/Server and become the heart of an energetic dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure smooth food and beverage operations, and create memorable moments for every guest. Whether you're passionate about fine dining, cocktail crafting, or providing top-tier hospitality, this position offers a dynamic environment where your skills shine. All positions are paid and provide valuable experience in the food and beverage industry. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism and flair, ensuring proper presentation and timing Upsell menu items including wine, specialty drinks, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure seamless service flow Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Experience with fine dining, cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, spirits handling, or nightclub service is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a beautiful new clubhouse!
