Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server, where your energetic and welcoming personality will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your culinary knowledge, combined with your sales skills and attention to detail, will ensure guests leave satisfied and eager to return. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a vibrant food industry environment, emphasizing teamwork, hospitality, and guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Serve food and drinks with precision, including cocktail service and beverage presentation, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks, ensuring prompt service, and attending to guest needs throughout their visit Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other sales transaction tools, and provide correct change Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation when needed Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining environment is highly preferred Proven ability to upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and cocktails while maintaining excellent customer relations Demonstrated skills in time management to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in guest services roles such as host/hostess or cashiering enhances your ability to deliver exceptional hospitality Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail mixing techniques, and beverage service standards is highly desirable

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
