In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm for food, drinks, and guest relations will help create memorable moments for our patrons. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, demonstrating beverage knowledge and upselling techniques Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; bus tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment Assist with food preparation or setup as needed in a fast-paced environment, supporting kitchen staff when necessary Build rapport with guests through excellent customer service skills, fostering guest relations and encouraging repeat visits Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and drink presentation Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and guest-focused approach Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing bills effectively Join us to be part of an energetic team that values hospitality excellence!
