Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments efficiently Maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Skills Knowledge of POS systems Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Familiarity with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards
