Description:

We're looking for friendly, energetic servers and bartenders to join our team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, great food, and connecting with guests, this is the spot for you. Server Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming atmosphere Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Make menu recommendations, including beer, cocktails, and daily specials Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle concerns professionally Enter orders into the POS system and process payments Maintain clean and organized tables and service stations Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Assist with opening, closing, and side work as assigned Qualifications & Skills Previous serving experience preferred (casual or fine dining a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Knowledge of beer, spirits, and Italian food is a plus Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions Ability to stand and walk for long periods Ability to lift trays and plates Team-oriented, reliable, and positive attitude What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Fun, team-driven pub atmosphere Opportunity for growth and advancement Employee meal and drink discounts.
