Hourly rate + tips

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner. Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage offerings. Take food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them accurately to the kitchen staff and bartenders. Serve food and drinks to guests, and prepare tableside dishes as required. Ensure all orders are delivered to the guests promptly and to their satisfaction. Process guest payments, including handling cash and operating POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and equipment. Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any issues with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up the dining area and cleaning tables. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced dining environment is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service and upholding restaurant standards. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly around the dining area.
