Job Description
Overview Cellar's Market is looking for energetic, hospitality-focused team members who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences. This is a cross-trained front-of-house position where you'll rotate between cashier, server, and busser responsibilities to support our café, market, and dining areas. We're looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and take pride in providing genuine hospitality. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude. Take food and beverage orders accurately. Process guest transactions through our POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly. Maintain clean, organized dining and market areas. Bus and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Stock service stations and retail merchandise. Assist with coffee, bakery, and grab-and-go service. Work collaboratively with kitchen and café team members. Help create a clean, inviting environment throughout each shift. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Team-first mentality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
