Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, offering recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and resolving any concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Utilize reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements during busy hours Handle cashing out guests accurately through cashiering processes while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially with fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for order processing and sales tracking Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience with serving in high-volume or fast-paced environments demonstrates excellent time management and multitasking abilities Host/hostess experience or background in hospitality roles adds value to guest interactions and overall service quality Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction management Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
