Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and warmly upon arrival Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about menu items Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the system Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Handle payments, process transactions, and provide correct change Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely orders Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred (but not always required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling payments Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
