1933 Lounge Carmel What you will do: Deliver attentive, personalized table service by guiding guests through the menu, explaining ingredients, preparation methods, and wine or beverage pairings. Maintain detailed knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations that enhance the dining experience. Coordinate with kitchen and support staff to ensure accurate order entry, proper pacing of courses, and timely, polished presentation of food and beverages. Anticipate guest needs and uphold fine dining service standards, including table maintenance, professional communication, and resolving guest requests to ensure an exceptional experience.
