We offer a curated selection of wines from around the world, paired with thoughtful small plates and shareable bites. Our goal is to make wine and food approachable and enjoyable for everyone—whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or just starting to explore. We're building a team that values hospitality, connection, and creating memorable guest experiences. Job Summary At Q's Wine Bar, we believe a glass of wine should feel like an invitation — to slow down, connect, and enjoy. We're looking for servers who love making guests feel at home and are curious about wine and food. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth, present menus, and guide them through food and wine selections Deliver orders with care and ensure guests feel looked after from first sip to last bite Clear, reset, and maintain an inviting dining space Keep service stations stocked and ready Stay observant — anticipate guest needs and step in to assist teammates without being asked Share menu and wine knowledge in an approachable, engaging way Work seamlessly with the team to keep the flow smooth during busy times Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards Requirements Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Comfortable learning about wine and food pairings Must be at least 21 years old Available to work evenings, weekends, private events, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs What We Offer $7.25/hr + tips is pooled Flexible scheduling Supportive, team-focused culture Wine and menu training — deepen your knowledge, grow your palate
