We pride ourselves on our warm atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food offerings. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and beverage options Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, and desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages responsibly, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Manage cash handling, process sales transactions accurately, and operate POS systems efficiently Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine, spirits, and menu items to elevate guest satisfaction Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or casual dining environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques enhances your ability to serve guests effectively Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent time management skills in a fast-paced setting Prior host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us at Round the Clock where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
