Home Server, Windsor Court The Windsor or Savoy in Savoy, Illinois is an affiliate of Greencroft Communities in Goshen, IN. The Windsor of Savoy is currently looking for a Server to provide exceptional room service and formal table service to our residents and guests in our Assisted Living and Memory Care facility, Windsor Court. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience in both the dining room and at catered events, ensuring meals are served promptly, with a focus on presentation and resident satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include serving food and beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining clean and organized serving and preparation areas.

Schedule:

6:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Mon., Tues., Wed., Fri., Sat. Availability to pick up additional shifts on occasion to ensure coverage Pay Range (DOE): $15.42 - $24.99 Based on experience. This is a non-tipping position.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely breakfast prep and room delivery Deliver efficient and formal table service to residents and guests during mealtimes and catered functions. Assist with food preparation, set-up, and clean-up to ensure a smooth dining experience. Respond to resident requests and resolve any concerns promptly. Ensure food is presented and served according to established standards. Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain a high standard of service.

Position Requirements:

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 16 years old. Food Handler Certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Skills:

Strong customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members, and a passion for serving others in a formal dining setting.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment. Must be able to pass preemployment screening and drug testing.
