We're seeking part-time Evening Waitstaff to join our team. What you'll do Prepare dining areas by setting tables and ensuring they are ready for service.
Welcome residents and take accurate food and beverage orders.
Deliver meals and beverages promptly and courteously.
Clear and reset tables throughout the dining period.
Help create a pleasant, respectful dining experience for residents.
Work closely with coworkers to keep service running smoothly.
Respond professionally when questions, concerns, or service issues arise. What we're looking for The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing several responsibilities in a busy dining environment. You should also be able to: Manage your time effectively and stay organized.
Build positive working relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
Provide friendly, attentive customer service.
Adjust priorities and handle multiple tasks as needed.
Follow Southfield Village's dress and uniform standards.
Approach customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
