Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong background in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining a high level of attentiveness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation according to restaurant standards. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster positive guest relations. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations throughout service. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred (2 year min), with a solid understanding of food service operations. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems is highly desirable. Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and guest engagement. Experience in sales techniques, particularly upselling menu items, is an asset. Background in hospitality or guest services will enhance your application.
