Frankie's Restaurant is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Part-Time Busser | Host | Food Runner team members to join our restaurant in Evansville, IN. This is a great opportunity for high school and college students looking for a flexible part-time job while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

DUTIES HOST

— Guest Welcome & Seating Welcome every guest with a friendly and positive attitude. Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating. Manage the waitlist and communicate estimated wait times. Answer basic questions about the restaurant, menu, and seating. Keep the entrance and host stand clean and organized. Communicate with servers and management to maintain smooth table rotation. Check on guests waiting for a table and make sure they feel welcomed. Assist with phone calls and basic guest requests when needed . BUSSER — Dining Room Support Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently. Reset tables with clean plates, silverware, napkins, and other necessary items. Keep the dining room clean, organized, and ready for incoming guests. Assist servers by refilling water and removing used dishes when appropriate. Keep service stations stocked and organized. Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant during busy shifts. Support the team wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.

FOOD RUNNER

— Kitchen to Table Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct table quickly and accurately. Check plates before leaving the kitchen to ensure orders are complete and properly presented. Communicate with servers and kitchen staff regarding food orders. Ensure food reaches guests promptly while following proper food-handling standards. Assist servers with delivering large or multiple orders. Help keep the kitchen pass/expo area clean and organized. Communicate any missing items, special requests, or issues to the appropriate team member. Support both the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy periods.

QUALIFICATIONS

No previous restaurant experience required — we will train you! Friendly, positive, and respectful attitude. Reliable and punctual. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and take direction. Able to stay organized and attentive during busy shifts. Comfortable being on your feet and moving throughout the shift. Must be available to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on scheduling needs. High school and college students are encouraged to apply.
