Description Responsibilities:
Greet guests, maintains proper dining experience, delivers items, fulfills guest's needs, up sells items, offers drinks and desserts, removes courses, refills drinks and replenishes silverware. Takes orders and sends them to kitchen staff through the POS system. Has a working knowledge of the menu, promotions, special events and other property information. Helps maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant by completing the mandatory side work designated by manager on duty. Accurately collects money for orders served and follows point-of-sale procedures accurately and gives receipt to patron. Performs opening/closing duties as designated by the manager on duty. May assist with casino restaurant with food prep, food handling, stocking, and cashier duties as needed. Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours). Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming and ATC (state) regulations as well as internal controls, policies, and procedures. Always follow the Company Service Standards model. Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends. Other duties may be assigned at any time.
Work Environment:
The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

Tuition Reimbursement Target Salary Range:
