Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional guest relations Assist servers by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, and clearing tables efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining areas Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow Provide accurate information about menu items, hotel amenities, and services to guests Handle guest inquiries courteously via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Support the front-of-house team during busy service times to ensure smooth operations Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing when necessary Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Skills Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with restaurant POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Previous hotel or guest services experience is advantageous Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance with good phone etiquette and guest relations skills Hospitality background including serving experience is beneficial but not mandatory This role offers an engaging opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality team dedicated to providing memorable experiences for our guests.
