What You'll Do As a part of the Kona Ice team, you'll play a key role in spreading joy and serving up delicious shaved ice. Depending on your age, here's how you'll contribute: Ages 18+ : Drive the Kona Entertainment Vehicle (KEV) to events, safely and on time, while also serving up shaved ice and interacting with customers. Drivers will start their day from our location in

FISHERS, IN

before heading out to events. Ages 15-17 : Work as a Server in one of our stationary units (trailers, kiosks, or minis), where you'll sell shaved ice and provide excellent customer service. Here's what your day will look like: Drive the Fun (18+ Only) : Safely drive our Kona Ice truck to events, arriving with plenty of time to set up and greet the host with a smile.

Serve Happiness :

Use our easy-to-learn Operating System and Point of Sale Device to fulfill orders with accuracy and handle customer inquiries.

Deliver Joy :

Provide exceptional customer service while serving up delicious shaved ice and making every interaction memorable.

Keep It Clean :

Maintain a clean and organized unit or vehicle, ensuring every event is picture-perfect.

Process Payments :

Handle payments seamlessly and issue receipts with ease. What We're Looking For We're on the hunt for fun, customer-focused individuals who: Have strong communication skills to connect with customers and team members. Ages 18+ : Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean background check and driving record to drive the KEV. Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
