You stay one step ahead. ________________________________________ What Winning Looks Like In This Role You run food and drinks quickly and accurately You support hosts by greeting guests, seating parties, and managing flow You clear, clean, and reset tables immediately after guests leave You refill water and assist with basic guest needs proactively You keep dining, bar, and service areas clean and organized You communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and leadership You follow all safety and sanitation standards You treat every guest interaction as part of the experience If a table needs clearing, you are already there. If food is in the window, you run it. If the host stand gets backed up, you step in.
