Duties Deliver prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining food quality and presentation standards Assist with food handling, plating, and presentation to ensure dishes are served correctly and attractively Support the dining team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the service area Handle manual lifting of food trays, dishes, and supplies using safe lifting practices to prevent injury Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely food delivery and guest needs Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness throughout all service areas Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including garnishing or portioning ingredients Qualifications Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently in a busy environment Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Experience with banquet or culinary settings is advantageous but not required Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer service skills Enthusiasm for hospitality, teamwork, and creating positive guest experiences Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your energy makes a difference!
