Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS ordering system Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through friendly suggestions and product knowledge Process cash, credit card transactions, and sales through POS systems while handling cash safely and accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting stations, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments Strong familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs gracefully Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable moments!
